Details: Rotonda is located between Englewood and Port Charlotte. By car you can reach the Englewood Beach in about 8 min., another 5 min. and you are in Venice Beach and also in the wonderful Old Town District of Venice. The House can accomodate up to 6 people and has: 3 bedrooms furnished with 1.) one king-size bed, 2.) one queen-size bed and 3.) 2 twinbeds. 2 bathrooms, one is at the master bedroom and the other one is beetween the other 2 bedrooms.
The Kitchen is fully equipped with all new appliances like: a glasstopoven, a refridgerator with an icemaker, dishwasher, coffeemaker, toaster, microwave. Of course are all dishes, pans and pots are in the cabinets. A Dining Area is next to the kitchen. After a long day at the beach or a lot of shoppings, you can rest in the Living room and watch satellite-TV or DVD's. The Pool area and Lanai can be reached from the master bedroom, living room or the nuk. Our Pool has a Child-Protection-Screen and is facing south. You can watch the beautiful sunset. The water is heated by panel solar and runs several times a day through a special cleaning system. Several lounching chairs and a table and 6 chairs are there.
